What is included in each meal?

Each meal in your weekly meal kit meets the Dietary Guidelines for Americans and is prepared with only the highest-quality ingredients. All meals are pre-cooked, individually portioned, sealed to maintain freshness and delivered ready to heat and serve. Whether you choose to receive breakfast, lunch / dinner or both, you’ll get a week's worth of healthy entrees, vegetables and/or potatoes, fresh and frozen fruit, bread or grains, milk, snacks and desserts. Can I store meals in the fridge or freezer?

SimplyEz meals are pre-cooked, sealed, flash frozen and delivered ready to heat and serve. They can be kept in the refrigerator for up to 10 days or stored in the freezer if needed.

Can I substitute foods I can’t eat?

We realize there are food items not everyone enjoys, and we want to make sure you eat a balanced meal. So yes, if you cannot or will not eat certain items, just let us know. We will substitute a like-item from each weekly menu.

Can I choose from the menus?

Our breakfast, lunch / dinner and semi-vegetarian menus are on a weekly rotation. With a variety of options in each home meal delivery kit, you’ll have unlimited meal choices each week.


When do you deliver?

It’s easy to plan your week with our consistent weekly home meal delivery schedule. We’ll bring a whole week's worth of home meal delivery kits around the same time of day on the same day each week. We’ll advise you in advance of your delivery day and time so you can count on us to arrive consistently to your home.

What if I can’t be home for my delivery?

We understand that sometimes appointments happen that you can’t re-schedule. Call your local SimplyEz office, and we’ll do our best to set up an alternate home meal delivery time.

Can I skip a delivery?

Yes. Just call your local SimplyEz office to let us know you want to skip a delivery, and we’ll put your meals on hold until you’re ready to resume your home meal delivery service. We’re proud to be the only service that plans special re-deliveries around your schedule in the event of doctor visits and other important events.


Do I have to sign a contract?

You do not have to sign a contract to receive our home meal delivery. Our goal is to nourish people for enriched lives, but there is never any obligation with our services.

How much does each meal cost?

Many of our clients can receive our home delivered meals through local aging programs, such as PASSPORT and MyCare Ohio. Need help getting connected with your local program? We can help! Not eligible for one of these programs? We’re still here to serve you. Contact the office closest to you for pricing and information.

How do I place an order?

Private pay customers can place an order by simply calling your local SimplyEz facility. If you’re eligible for Medicaid’s PASSPORT Program, MyCare Ohio, Michigan Health Link or another long term care waiver program, contact your case manager to get started.

How do I reorder?

When you set up a home meal delivery service with SimplyEz, we’ll deliver healthy, delicious meals every week. If you would like to cancel your weekly home meal delivery service, contact your local SimplyEz facility


Can I leave my credit card on file?

Your credit card information will be safely stored in our system for future deliveries. A small processing fee may apply.

Do you accept private pay?

Yes! We offer a minimum of 5 complete meals delivered to your door for $35, or 7 meals for $49. Our drivers accept cash or check at each delivery, or you may charge your home meal delivery to a credit card for a small processing fee. If you are outside of our normal delivery area, we may be able to ship your meals via FedEx for a small shipping fee of $10 per weekly delivery.
